Daniel & Rachel Lane wanted to have a real German Christmas with us this year. So we had them bake some special German cookies which we call "Spritzgebäck".
They are formed by a little hand cranked machine and as you can see they seem to have a lot of fun with their job.
After this afternoon fun the dinner was prepared (roasted duck) and the oven programmed. Then there was church service and we enjoyed two americans singing german christmas carols without knowing what they were singing. - but their voices were great. After dinner we had some more music and singing before the presents were presented under the Christmas tree. (Still on 24th and not on 25th).
